What began in 2024 as a local response to the National League of Cities' Arts and Health Day call to action, has grown into a thriving community movement. In 2025, more than 30 organizations came together hosting over 20 free events across our community for our second Arts & Health Week, demonstrating what's possible when healthcare, arts, education, business, and community partners unite around well-being. This distributed festival invites community participation and partnership, with events happening all across the community. This year, we're building on that momentum with even more opportunities to connect, create, and celebrate the power of the arts to improve lives.
Arts and Health Week is an open invitation for organizations, artists, educators, healthcare providers, businesses, and community groups to showcase how creativity supports health and well-being. Whether you're planning a workshop, exhibit, performance, lecture, or hands-on experience, we'd love to invite you to apply!
Join one of our upcoming Zoom Information Sessions to learn how to participate and have your event featured on the official calendar.
From welcoming guests and assisting at events to sharing information and supporting community partners, volunteers ar at the heart of Arts and Health Week. Whether you have a few hours or several days to give, there's a place for you to make a meaningful impact.
Invest in healthier communities through the arts.
